I. Definitions

1. Controller - shall mean Motive and More Sp. z o.o. Company, ul. Św. Gertrudy 18/2, 31-046, Kraków, NIP: 6762481550, REGON: 360001800, entered into the National Court Register no. 0000530221 maintained by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register with share capital in the amount of PLN 5000 paid entirely which provides services by electronic means, stores and obtains access to information in User’s devices.

2. Cookies - shall mean IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices used by the User to browse the Website pages.

3. Own Cookies - shall mean Cookies posted by the Controller which are related to providing services by electronic means by the Controller via Website.

4. Third party Cookies - shall mean Cookies posted by the Controller’s partners via Website.

5. Website - shall mean an internet website or mobile app where the Controller runs the Website at sklep.motiveandmore.pl

6. Device - shall mean an electronic device through which User obtains access to the Website.

7. User - shall mean an entity to which, in accordance with Terms and Conditions, as well as legal regulations, services may be provided by electronic means or with whom Agreement on providing services by electronic means may be concluded.

II. Types of used Cookies

1. Cookies used by the Controller are safe for the User’s Devices. In particular, it shall not be possible for viruses or other unsolicited software or malicious software to reach the User's Devices in this manner. Those files allow identifying software used by the User and individually tailor the Website to every User. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they originated from, duration of their storage on the Device and assigned value.

2. Controller uses two types of cookies:
