According to Polish law, you have the right to withdraw from the remote agreement. You can return purchased goods within 14 days from receiving the goods without stating the reason. You can notify us in any manner - by e-mail or calling us. Please bear in mind that we do not accept parcels sent using cash upon delivery method, online shipment service or InPost parcel lockers. Consumer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. If you want to save some money, feel free to return the products in person at our store in Galeria Krakowska (ul. Pawia 5, 31-154 Kraków).

We will refund you the entire purchase price within 14 days from receiving the shipment. Send us the form along with proof of purchase to make the return procedure faster. Please remember that only unused products are subject to return.

We do not accept returns from our business clients. Therefore, please consider your purchase carefully.

All Motive & More clothes are secured with a special tape. That’s how you know you’re the only user and no one has worn those clothes before. We implemented security tapes especially for our lady clients. We want you to know for sure that you received new and original collection. Please try to not rip off the tape while trying the clothes on. Remove it from the purchase when you are sure that you want to keep it.

We do not accept returned clothes which are used or without security tape.
